What is a FONDLORE keepsake?

FONDLORE keepsakes are personalised prints that celebrate life’s milestones, from engagements and weddings to new babies, baby showers, christenings and first birthdays. Each one is personalised with the names, dates and details you give us.

How do I personalise my order?

You will be asked for your personalisation details, such as names and dates, when you place your order. Please check the spelling and dates carefully, as your keepsake is made exactly as you enter them.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. The delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times available for your address are shown at checkout.

Can I send a keepsake directly to the recipient as a gift?

Yes. At checkout you can enter a different delivery address from your billing address, so your gift can be sent straight to the recipient.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Can I return a personalised item?

Because our keepsakes are made to your personalised specification, they are not covered by the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless they are faulty or not as described. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We are sorry if anything is not right. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will put it right.

Can I change my personalisation details after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to help, but once production has started changes may not be possible.
